Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is successfully received.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales events, or product launches), processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Available shipping options may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage — estimated 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail — estimated 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express — estimated 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates, package weight, and destination.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages.
- If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS, the order is considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and mailbox
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting your local USPS office
- Filing a claim with USPS
Delivery confirmation provided by USPS may be used as proof of fulfillment in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
Carrier Delays
Delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Postal service disruptions
- Holidays
- Natural disasters
- High shipping volume
Shipping fees are non-refundable once a package has been shipped.
Lost Packages
If a package appears lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update.
- We will assist in directing customer in how to open a USPS investigation if necessary.
Lost package claims may take 7–15 business days for USPS to investigate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Failure to provide photo evidence may prevent us from issuing a replacement or refund.
Photos that have been artificially altered will revoke any opportunity for a refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is:
- Refused by the recipient
- Returned due to an incorrect address
- Marked undeliverable by USPS
The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
