How long does shipping take?
Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Every order has a tracking number via USPS. Please check your account for recent orders.

How do I return an item?
If you are needing to return an item due to damage from shipping, please send us an email at EvieJolieHandmade@gmail.com along with a picture of the damage within 3 days of receiving the item.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once return has been accepted and acknowledged, returns can take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different item?
No, we do not accept returns/ exchanges unless item is damaged and exception has been made.

Polymer Clay Care
Although polymer clay is a plastic material, earrings should not be worn to shower, sleep, or swim. If earrings become dirty, use a mild soap or, rubbing alcohol to gently remove with a soft cloth.
Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Not at all! That is one thing we pride ourselves on, is the fact that you can wear our earrings all day without your lobes feeling sore!
Materials
All earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials, with a baseline of stainless steel, but, we also use gold plated, and can make earrings using titanium or other metals on request!
